  • Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape & offerings.

  • Should have spent 57 years as an individual contributor i.e. handled direct sales.
  • Should have led field sales teams selling directtoconsumer loan/credit products.
  • Last monthly sales should be more than 500 cr + & AUM of 3000 cr +.
  • Aggressive. Number driven. Hands on. Ownership mindset. 0 entitlement.
  • Responsible for the overall sales & marketing activities.
  • To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and forecasts
