You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and revenue. You will be the key person responsible for the brand's overall image, messaging, and positioning in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to ensure the brand's success.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities, using insights to shape brand positioning.

Product Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements.

- Ensure that product offerings align with the brand's positioning and meet consumer needs.

Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.

- Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels effectively.

Brand Communication:

- Craft compelling brand messages and narratives that resonate with the target audience.

- Manage all aspects of brand communication, including advertising, PR, and social media.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of brand strategies with overall business objectives.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

- Implement adjustments as needed to optimize brand performance.

Brand Compliance:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

- Monitor and enforce brand compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Proven success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
