Co-Founder & Head of Learning Development

Job Description:


As the Co-Founder & Director of Training at Vipazza Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our training segment.

Working closely with the founder, you will lead the development and execution of innovative training programs that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.

Your expertise in HR/Training and your industry contacts will be instrumental in identifying market trends, establishing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our training offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

If you are also a certified coach or have experience in coaching, it is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company's mission and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of highquality training programs that address the needs of our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of training initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the training industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry experts, and training providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Manage the training budget, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful implementation of training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our training offerings and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in training, learning development, or HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering successful training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). Experience with elearning authoring tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of training and development.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:
This is a co-founder position with equity participation in Vipazza Insights.

As a co-founder, you will have the opportunity to share in the success and growth of the company through equity ownership.

Additionally, performance-based incentives and bonuses may be considered based on the achievement of key milestones and business objectives.
