Sales Specialist_ Drives

You will be working as a Sales Specialist_Drives at global grade 15 and will be part of Motion business for drive products division, based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Team Lead and will be responsible for sales of products / systems / services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way.
Your responsibilities- Achieving the sales target of completely new business for drive products division ( VFD products)
- Primarily focusing on channel partners / OEMs / EU / system integrators market and looking for new customer or opportunity untapped by ABB
- Achieving the order target month on month and collecting the overdue in time and developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in cluster
- Working together with the market manager, product sales managers for business growth
- Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
- Driving business growth with EU /CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning and in time support
- Performing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition
- Co-ordinating with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery
- B.E / B. Tech or Diploma
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge on the drives and automation is preferred
- Should be able to sell volumes and values
- Good communication skills
