  • Strong experience in providing clear concise articulation and documentation of business requirements.
  • Skills in assessment of risks of various solutions and designs and prioritizing competing business demands.
  • Documents requirements defines scope (processes) and objectives for the companys business units.
  • Must have prior experience in handling team and customer interaction.
  • Ability to use technical and organizational skills to identify possibilities for improvement within the business structure and implements systematic solutions.
  • Assists customers in optimizing workflows and determining best practices.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Implements new solutions, troubleshoots, and enhances existing information technology solutions.
  • Develops and implements test plans/scenarios to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ability to lead high talent teams in local and remote locations.
  • Ability to motivate employees, handle difficult employee relations issues, and create a positive employeecentric culture.
  • Advanced problemsolving skills and collaborative work with other departments for innovative solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and make independent decisions.
  • Adaptive to dynamic work environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules to accommodate project deadlines.
  • Analyze, coordinate, and own business requirements.
  • Foresee/forecast risks, gaps, and impact, communicating needs and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the complete functional scope of the project.
  • Conduct functional walkthroughs of products, and work on testing strategies.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers.
  • Interface across functions during functional specifications, testing, and implementation.
  • Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders.
### Job Requirements:

  • BE/B-Tech/MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • 3 to 5 years of total experience in Business Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problemsolving abilities, and design product functionality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking, solution decisionmaking, and understanding of IT and business concepts.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business requirements.
  • Attention to detail, proactive problemsolving, meeting deadlines, and time management.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools, Visual Basic, UML, XML.
  • Knowledge of SoapUI & Postman would be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in Shipping and Logistics domain would be a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and tracking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
### Management Techniques:

  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
