What you'll be doing?

Drive and generate new business development through selling cargo-partner product portfolio.
Build strong rapport and relationship with existing customers to maximize customers' satisfaction and grow existing business.
Work with the Product team and Sales management in developing core Trade lanes and Vertical markets.
Report sales activities on a daily basis through Salesforce system and maintain Sales visit Plan.
Ensure proper follow-up of quotations with the customer for quick conversion.
Pursue activities to achieve KPI's.
Settle outstanding payments in accordance with agreed credit terms.
Generate qualified sales leads and follow up with cargo-partner and system partner branches.
Collect regular feedback from Customers to gauge Customer delight and effect improvement.

What you'll need?

Graduate in any discipline. Post-graduate in management preferably from Logistics, Marketing, or International Trade is an added advantage.
7-10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry with a proven track record in sales.
Decent knowledge of the local market and established customer contacts.
Fluent communication skills.

Strength in selling Import/Export Air and Sea Freight Cargo with a proven track record of captive business and own accounts.
