About Us:- We are a team of IIT/IIM Alumni with over 8 years of experience in the test prep of Indian as well as overseas exams

- We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for our EdTech startup in full-time Equity role. As a CGO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion in the team.

- Preferred from ISB / IIM / IIT / NIT / BITS or any Premier Institute

- You will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive growth plans aligned with AI Adaptive test prep products aimed for students' dream of target score.

- The CGO is accountable for developing and executing our go-to-market strategies, delivering strong revenue growth, and capturing market share for Indian and international market.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the core team to formulate growth strategies and plans.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy leveraging AI and data-driven insights.

- Lead cross-functional teams responsible for user acquisition, retention, and engagement- ensuring a high customer satisfaction.

- Define pricing strategies and structures to optimise sales growth and profitability.

- Develop Go-To-Market strategies aligned with growth objectives.

- Recruit, develop, train, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.

- Take accountability for revenue metrics, order bookings, and gross margins.

- Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges and institutions essential for growth.

- Lead campaign initiatives, from initial relationship development to deal closure.

- Collaborate with the Ops Team and solve any issues for the aspirants

- Oversee operational costs for sales and marketing within startup budget model.

Requirements:

- Candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of success in driving growth strategies.

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and passionate for growth.

- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth in edtech.

- Leadership experience in sales and marketing in edtech.

- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to leadership in edtech.

- Deep understanding of advertising platforms and digital marketing techniques.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering followed by an MBA from a reputed institute preferred.

- 3 to 7 years of experience with senior leadership roles.
