About the internship:

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

2. Assist new customers in understanding our products/services and guide them through any initial challenges.

3. Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues, utilizing our CRM system effectively.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.

5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by proactively identifying areas for enhancement in our processes and services.

6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive customer support documentation.

7. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

3. Experience working with CRM software preferred.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. A team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.

6. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
