- Conduct regular customer visits for insights and exceptional service.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and applications.
- Efficiently manage stock to prevent issues like aging and stockouts.
- Regularly follow up on payments for timely transactions.
- Share relevant market and technical information with the sales team.
- Address and promptly resolve customer complaints and product quality issues.
Qualification And Experience :
- MBA 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales with a Commodity Plastics Industry is a must.
- Outstanding track record in developing and growing new business.
- Self-motivation, persistence, and a can-do attitude.
- Proactive approach in serving our customers.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel interstate.
