Your Role:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive service sales and profitability
  • Utilizing installed base data to identify sales opportunities and expand service offerings
  • Generating leads and exploring new market prospects leveraging industry insights
  • Building lasting customer relationships by providing technical expertise and promoting Life Cycle Management
  • Conducting regular sales visits and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Managing sales proposals, tenders, and monitoring proposal outcomes

Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or instrumentation engineering
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in process industries
  • Background in spare parts sales, customer and stakeholder management
  • Experience in industries such as metal, oil & gas, chemical, cement, and power
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to workplace guidelines
  • Collaborative mindset, solution-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills
