Job Description - The candidate will be responsible for timely filling of large volume of temporary/contractual/freelance tech talent within short TATs of a few days with the help of vendor partners.

Description:
- As the Talent and Staffing Partner Lead, you will be responsible for managing our talent sourcing initiatives and building strategic partnerships with enterprise talent sourcing partners, staffing agencies to meet the talent needs of our organization.
You will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding resources through enterprise talent sourcing platform partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and values.
You require a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage talent sourcing platforms and networks for talent acquisition, ensuring access to a diverse pool of candidates and develop resource pool for next 3to6month pipeline within Asia / Europe / USA.
- Identify new Talent sourcing opportunities and partnerships to support the organization's talent needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, negotiating contracts, and service level agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with talent sourcing and staffing partners to understand talent requirements, provide guidance on job specifications, and facilitate the sourcing and onboarding process.
- Oversee endtoend recruitment efforts for short term/onetime assignment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top freelancers by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels and techniques.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of talent sourcing and staffing initiatives, regularly monitoring metrics such as timetofill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activity, trends, and outcomes to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Profile:
The ideal candidate should:
- Come with 8+ years of experience hiring freelancing/contractual tech talent
- Worked in the IT/tech domain with extensive experience working in a hypergrowth environment
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on talent sourcing and/or staffing partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to staffing and contingent workforce management.
