You will be working as Sales Specialist at and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager and will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.

Your responsibilities
  • Implementing the assigned area or segment product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
  • Achieving product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
  • Executing annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant division or product groups and preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market
  • Coordinating market analyses with sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans
  • Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to sales team
  • Product acceptance and homologations in line with product line strategy in defined area
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 4 to 7 years of experience, preferably - international marketing experience
  • Experience of Sales and Marketing for outdoor and indoor products
  • Knowledge of products like Outdoor Circuit Breakers, Indoor Circuit Breakers, Auto Reclosers are preferred
  • Knowledge of international trades (Imports and Exports), commercial terms, techno-commercial offer making, performing risk management and mitigation actions etc
  • Curious to learn new, smart and innovative ways of performing the actions. It would be added advantage
  • Willingness to travel domestically and international. Good communication, inter-personal skills, Inter & Intra-cultural sensitives and negotiation skills
  • Striving for high customer delight and satisfaction levels
