Job Summary :

- We are a building an Indian SPORTS APP for all Olympic sports.

- You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive mobile app advertising strategy, leveraging both direct sales and programmatic channels.

- This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile app advertising landscape and the ability to build and manage relationships with advertising partners (especially within the sports industry)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a mobile app advertising strategy that maximizes revenue and user engagement.

- Manage direct sales efforts, prospecting for new advertisers, building relationships, and negotiating contracts.

- Oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, including setting campaign goals, managing DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and optimizing bidding strategies.

- Create and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential advertisers.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in mobile app advertising and the sports media industry. Also stay up to date on our users.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless advertising experience.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile app advertising sales or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.

- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and platforms (DSPs).

- Experience with mobile app advertising formats (banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, video ads).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, reporting dashboards).

Bonus Qualifications :

- Deep passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports media landscape.

- Experience selling advertising within the sports/health industry.

- Experience with mobile app monetization strategies beyond advertising (e.g., subscriptions).

- Strong network of contacts within the sports marketing and advertising industry.
