Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales & business development targets.
Deliver sales volume and revenue forecasts along with the annual operating plan.
Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requirements and exceed profit plan.
Formulate & conceptualize Sales strategies aligned with Supplier business strategy.
Represent Singhania & Sons at key industry meetings and conferences.
Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
Drive commercial excellence and Value Selling initiatives.
Maintain a computerized business lead register and regularly update marketing status.
Prepare monthly sales reports and track self-performance.
Follow up on payments.
Experience Requirements:
Chemical Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency in specialty and semi-specialty/functional chemicals.
Industry Networking:
Extensive network and strong connections with manufacturers.
Professional Track Record:
Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales.
Research and Development Exposure:
Desirable experience of 2-3 years in research and development.
Sales Proficiency:
Proven ability to drive sales and business development initiatives.
