Description
- Oversee financial reporting and consolidation activities for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. (IGAAP, IndAS, IFRS)
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Work closely with department heads to formulate financial strategies and plans.
- Participate in strategic decision-making at the departmental level.
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
- Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
- Review company's financial performance and report on key changes.
Profile
A successful 'AVP Reporting and Consolidation should have:
- CA with at least 10 years of overall experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Open to Mumbai as a location.
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with Hotel or Real Estate industry
