  • Job Summary: ANLAGE is seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Group Reporting Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP FICO and Group Reporting modules.
  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Implement SAP FICO and Group Reporting: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP FICO and Group Reporting modules to meet the organization's financial consolidation and reporting requirements.
    • Financial Consolidation: Design and implement SAP Group Reporting solutions to support group-wide financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and financial statement generation.
    • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and Group Reporting modules with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, and SAP S/4HANA) and external systems.
    • Gather Business Requirements: Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with business processes.
    • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP FICO and Group Reporting modules to address specific business needs, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
    • Data Migration & Validation: Manage data migration from legacy systems to SAP, ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data, and conduct validation processes.
    • Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users on SAP FICO and Group Reporting functionalities and prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user manuals.
    • Support & Troubleshooting: Offer ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions for SAP-related problems.
    • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that the SAP financial systems comply with regulatory and corporate standards, including IFRS and GAAP. Provide guidance on best practices for financial consolidation and reporting.
    • Project Management: Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management related to SAP FICO and Group Reporting

  • Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are a plus.
    • Experience:

      • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
      • At least 2 years of experience with SAP Group Reporting (Consolidation).
      • Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, including knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.

    • Technical Skills:

      • Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, etc.).
      • In-depth understanding of SAP Group Reporting module (formerly known as SAP BPC or SAP SEM-BCS).
      • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
      • Proficiency in integration points between SAP FICO, Group Reporting, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
      • Knowledge of financial consolidation software and processes.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
      • Project management and organizational skills.
      • Certifications: SAP FICO and/or SAP Group Reporting certifications are highly desirable.
