Role Summary:
Job title: AVP – Account Management
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10 to 14 years
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Directly manage a team of account managers
Ensure revenue target realization
Responsible for key client interaction
Coach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the team
Recruiting & training of future team members
Analyze & report key performance metrics
Experience:
Ability to effectively manage clients
Experience with Digital Strategy & Online Marketing (Campaigns, Content, Social Media etc...)
Ability to understand and anticipate client need
Excellent customer interaction and client facing skills
Strong creative problem solving and analytic skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated & Ambitious
Proficient with Powerpoint/Keynote
