What you will be doing:
- Thoroughly reviewing agreements to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and attachment of all necessary exhibits.
- Conducting detailed audits of the Sales Pipeline to guarantee accurate recording of agreement values promptly.
- Exercising sound judgment in agreement processing and escalation protocol execution.
- Leveraging knowledge of FIS and its various businesses in sales process management.
- Offering timely and updated information to aid in continuous process enhancement.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the Sales Pipeline and client database systems.
- Communicating agreement and pipeline requirements to sales personnel.
- Managing agreement workload and proactively following up on pending items for agreement processing.
- Providing assistance to sales staff regarding Sales Pipeline and contract processing procedures.
- Performing analytical testing for system improvements.
- Creating financial calculation spreadsheets for contract valuation purposes.
- Preparing contract fee schedules based on proposed pricing and due diligence findings for inclusion in contracts.
- Completing a satisfactory number of agreements within specified timeframes to meet monthly deadlines.
- Tracking agreements with detailed notes and functionalities within the Sales Pipeline system.
- Undertaking other relevant duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or work experience.
