JOB DETAILS

  • Responsible for Sales and Business Development Activities and Achieving Sales Target/ Training and Motivating the Sales Force Towards Achievement of Target
  • Monitoring Competitor Strategy and Building Counter Strategies to Increase the Market Value/brand of the Company
  • Ensure Execution &implementation of the Strategies
  • To lead a team of 5 to 6 Medical Representatives to meet sales target of the company through effective implementation of given strategies
  • Should be able to build a team with leadership, communication skills, analytical & decision making capabilities and motivational skills
  • Design incentive plans for field force is done within the stipulated time and communicated HO
  • Budget management
  • Design field staff KRA, Training, monitor their requirements according to promotional activities
  • Continuously reviewing activity, sales and other parameters with respect to KRAs MR to ensure that it is achieved in the right quality and within the defined timeframe
  • Ensure product availability particularly new products launched at the retailer level.
  • Timely monitor Assess total call, productive call, non- call activity reports and daily / monthly / weekly report
