The VP for Sales will lead the Sales for solutions and services into the assigned hunting accounts in America region.

The VP, Sales will also act as the single point of contact to the customer and drive opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.


The VP of Sales is expected to:

  • Enterprise Digital business is BPK Tech's emerging business offering and has a quite vast ecosystem of technologies such as Digital Experience, Application Modernization, UX & UI, Cloud/DevOps, QA/Automation, IoT, microservices, AI & ML, RPA, Big Data, and Data Science.
  • Consistently meet or overachieve assigned the Revenue and Order booking targets.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery, and other internal support functions to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships.
  • Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-EvaluatePropose-Close
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
  • Effectively promote the value, benefits and characteristics of BPK projects to current and prospective clients and consumers as well as other stakeholders.
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Key to the role is to map the core offerings of BPK Tech; Devices, Applications, and Analytics story to customers for their Digital Transformation journey and make BPK Tech's service offering relevant to the prospect's Business Transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in IT services company organization functioning in a globally distributed delivery model.
  • Strategize with Executive Level leadership, Sales and Marketing on approaches for different buyer audiences, products and services.
  • Proven track record in doing business with leading US based firms for various technology products and IT services.
  • Excellent customer facing skills with an ability to map and nurture CXO level relationships.
  • Accurate and timely pipeline forecasting
  • Provide regular updates, on both strategic and tactical plans on current and future metrics.
  • Willing to work in the trenches and take pride in the ongoing coaching and development of your teammates. You constantly look for ways to make everyone better at what they do.
  • Work with others to support new market development; to identify or create ideas for alliances and acquisitions; and to manage portfolio of business units.
  • Understands and is Passionate about Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, and newage technologies and excited about the future that technology is shaping
  • Cloud/DevOps, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, AI & ML, and Blockchain for various business verticals.
  • Experience as a consulting manager in a toptier management consulting firm OR Full Life Cycle Product Engineering services firm.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
