Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Teller, you will be at the heart of our branch operations, responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers daily to build and manage portfolios for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), and Term Deposits (TD).
  • Achieving assigned business targets and performance goals outlined in the scorecard.
  • Offering need-based product solutions that align with clients' specific requirements.
  • Enhancing product penetration per customer relationship by assessing customer needs and preferences.
  • Leveraging existing customer relationships to generate additional business opportunities.
  • Ensuring quick resolution of customer queries and complaints, fostering a customer-focused approach.
  • Adhering to banking regulations, including Anti Money laundering, KYC, and Data & Information security.
  • Assisting in the closure of audit observations and maintaining compliance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Managing client relationships and delivering top-notch customer service for retail banking operations.
  • Overseeing cash and non-cash transactions, updating key registers, and reviewing branch reports.
  • Monitoring and maintaining accounts, reconciliation, and suspense accounts as required.
  • Contributing to best-in-class customer service to establish IDFC FIRST Bank as the preferred banking partner.

Key Success Metrics:

Your success in this role will be measured by:

Building up portfolios for CA, SA, and TD.

Increasing the share of customer wallet.

Meeting product cross-sell targets.

Achieving performance scorecard targets.

Educational Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

A Graduate degree in any discipline.

A Post Graduate degree is preferred.
