Your responsibility will be to define the objectives digital banking software must achieve, analyze its user interactions, and collaborate closely with our developers to brainstorm innovative ideas for crafting bespoke applications.

You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a diverse array of digital banking products, ensuring that the mission-critical software solutions we develop consistently deliver tangible value to our customers.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner with teammates to understand and articulate a product vision for businessYou will facilitate workshops that generate customized business solutionsYou will help product teams across the bank to achieve true, differentiating outcomesYou will assess the as-is situation and collaborate with various departments in the bank to create artifacts (personas, epics, stories, to maximize valueYou will facilitate analysis workshops through agile methodologies with senior business stakeholders to outline a business vision, objective, product roadmap and project release planYou will liaise between the product organization and your team consisting of SMEs, developers, quality analysts, tech architects, user experience designers, project managers, etc.

to manage product backlogs and keep an eye on software deliveryCollaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies.

Collaborate with design team on UI/UX of features.

Provide input on usability and ensure consistencyYou will be involved in the Business Analysis community of practice to share knowledge, mentor and evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development analysis best practices.

You will work in agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for medium- and large-scale businesses.

You will bring a mindset of you build it you run it with active participation in issue triaging, RCA and ownership of products being built.

Technical skillsTrack record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team.

Attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery and can draw a line directly from an overarching bank/product strategy to your team's outcomes.

Unearthing the root cause(s) of customer pain points, validating a business opportunity or problem, and partnering to deliver a solution.

Well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others.

How businesses operate and have experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions.

Genuine passion for quality software and know how to get from sketch to codeKnack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise.

Resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and enjoy solving problems from technical and business perspectives.
An interest in coaching others, sharing your experience and knowledge with teammates.
