Leadership and Strategy:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the executive team and the entire organization.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the market presence and reach of the company.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure the company remains competitive and responsive to opportunities.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement sound financial strategies and controls to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish operational processes and systems to ensure efficient production and delivery of highquality drones.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize the operational performance of the company.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Team Development and Management:

  • Build a highperforming team by recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the executive team and other employees, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay uptodate with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to drone manufacturing.
  • Ensure the company's operations and products comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and maintain necessary certifications.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess business risks, and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.
  • Implement robust governance and control frameworks to minimize the company's exposure to financial, operational, and legal risks.

Brand Building and Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
  • Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and other industry events to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility:

  • Ensure the company operates ethically and in compliance with ethical standards and corporate social responsibility principles.
  • Establish and promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior throughout the organization.

Board and Shareholder Management:

  • Engage and collaborate with the board of directors and shareholders to align business strategies and priorities.
