Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for revenue generation and sponsorship acquisition within the IP Sales & Sponsorship division.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for both IP sales and sponsorships.
  • Build and manage a highperforming team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong, longterm client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze budgets, develop reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with crossfunctional teams.
