Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.

Client Management:

Work closely with the Process Excellence team to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement preventive measures.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather input for process optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services by implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes.
Conduct regular audits to identify and address issues affecting operational performance.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
Collaborate with training teams to ensure staff members are well-trained on quality standards.

Qualifications:
