Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR to oversee the entire spectrum of human resources functions at our corporate office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5- 6 years of progressive HR experience and a strong track record of managing HR policies, learning and development initiatives, compensation benchmarking, performance management systems, and rewards & recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

- Conduct comprehensive compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

- Provide inputs to process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and career development planning.

- Drive employee engagement through the design and implementation of effective rewards and recognition strategies.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, query resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives and strategic HR projects.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, incorporating new approaches to enhance HR effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- MBA from reputed institute/University

- 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements in India.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.

- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking methodologies and tools.

- Experience with performance management systems and processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
