Sales Manager - Modern Trade (Tamil Nadu), 10+ yrs exp, Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
  • Market Analysis and Insights
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Sales Team Management
  • Promotional Activities

Distribution and Channel Management:

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Budgeting and planning

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in modern trade sales management, preferably within the Tamil Nadu market handling food FMCG brands
  • Strong understanding of the Tamil Nadu market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail landscape
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Fluency in Tamil and English languages is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
