YOUR IMPACT:

Partner with clients to define project scope, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and risk management strategies. Lead and facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives. Manage project budgets and track project progress against established benchmarks. Foster collaboration between internal development teams, external vendors, and clients. Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to established quality standards. Track project performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement and leverage Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred) for project execution. Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) a plus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​​​​​​​:

BE/BS or master's degree in engineering preferred. Total 6-8 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations, as well as project or program management, preferably in the professional services or software development industry. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent customer liaison skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a global environment. Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio).
