  • Understanding ecommerce systems: as an ecommerce manager, you need to oversee search engine optimization, customer management systems, and online stores.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships & communication with key stakeholders such as category managers, logistic service providers, vendor partners & digital marketing agencies.


Product Portfolio management
  • Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.
  • Monitoring product/ ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to drive sales.
  • Working closely with marketing team and agency to ensure right communication on

Social Media Accounts:
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business for daily post, Banner & Video promotion.

  • Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating relevant reports.
  • Track and Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy to improve sales from both channel and SKU level
  • Responsible for product content on the Partners Website
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
