The program manager will play a pivotal role in the organization's executive leadership team, serving as a primary advisor and strategic partner to the CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of organizational initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive the organization towards its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Monitor progress on key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

- Streamline operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Oversee the implementation of systems and tools to optimize organizational performance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.

- Support decisions making with fact-based data analysis, discussions with senior management to enable timely decisions.

- Support the CEO in business review meetings, track and follow-up on action points and - To-dos- and report/escalate to the CEO and senior executives as required to ensure disciplined implementation

-Serve as a liaison between the executive office and various internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, staff, and partners.

- Coordinate communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving objectives.

- Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
