Role : Project Administrator
Assists and supports Project Manager in planning, directing, controlling, and monitoring project activities to meet cost, schedule, technical and contractual obligations. Analyses project status, orders and progress based on project data. Contacts parts vendor to obtain equipment necessary for project. Completes invoicing, reconciles payment received and discusses anomalies in payment with Project Manager.
Incumbent in this role works on assignment that are generally similar and moderately difficult with little instruction. Position requires vocational or technical education in own area and 0-3 years of work experience.
Job Description:
- Communicates with internal customer concerning Planning, Status and reporting.
- Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and other relevant parties.
- Data collection on project Metrics and Creation of Governance reports and other project reports and presentations
- Create project documentation, product release notes and support administrative activities.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
- Execute performance and automated tests.
- Support Record keeping and Configuration Management activities.
- Support the timesheet tracking, invoicing, and coordination with finance department.
General Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (BCA/MCA)
- Good communication skills.
- 1-3 years experience in project related documentation, project metrics reporting, coordination, and scheduling.
- Accounting & Finance knowledge would be plus for this role.
- Work experience / working knowledge of Agile/ Scrum
- Positive interpersonal skills: proactivity, diligence, and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Able to learn quickly and display initiative.
Tools : MS Office(Word, Excel – knowledge of VBA scripting, MACROS, MS power point). Knowledge of MS project, JIRA will be added advantage.
