Reporting to:
Founder
Experience Required: 2-4 years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, in a strategic capacity.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Role Requirement:
- This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive business initiatives.
- The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with toplevel executives, contribute to concrete business plans, and ultimately be groomed for leadership in handling an individual exclusive vertical
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to business planning.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Executive to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Coordinate and drive the execution of key business strategies and projects
Project Management:
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage communications on behalf of the Executive, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
Other Operational deliverables:
- Be able to conduct high level financial and operation analysis
- Exposure in assistance for completion of successful audits
- Reporting and Project management expertise
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
