Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote life insurance products through alternate channels such as partnerships.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, financial advisors, and Co-Operative Bank & Partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for alternate channel distribution.
  • Provide training and support to partners on life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales processes.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize channel performance and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and emerging trends in alternate channel distribution and life insurance products.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in alternate channel sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in life insurance sales and alternate channel distribution.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
