Head HR | 12+ years | Hospitality, Healthcare, or Wellness

Employee Wellness Programs:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive wellness programs aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify wellness needs and implement initiatives such as fitness challenges, mindfulness sessions, and wellness workshops.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and measure engagement levels.
  • Lead initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.

Communication Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparent and timely communication across the organization.
  • Utilize various channels, including intranet, email, and town hall meetings, to disseminate information and foster open communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads on communication best practices.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices and employee development.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Implement strategies to retain key talent and reduce employee turnover.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare Setup, or Services
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and influence change.
