About the role

Reckitt is seeking a proactive and strategic Shared Service Centre Junior Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. If you are passionate about financial reporting, enjoy the intricacies of budgeting, and have a knack for forecasting, this role could be your next career milestone. You will have the chance to work with global stakeholders, providing actionable insights revolving around financial data. Immerse yourself in an environment where your analytical skills contribute directly to the company's success

Your responsibilities

- Collaborate with a third-party offshore partner, supporting the deployment and operation of financial processes.

- Facilitate workshops to identify and harmonise country-specific variations within our global financial model.

- Act as an escalation point for any performance-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement.

- Analyse and report financial data, playing a pivotal role in steering the Global Financial Services (GFS) agenda.

- Continually review and contribute to the enhancement of process documentation and KPI frameworks.

The experience we're looking for

- Practical experience with finance processes in a shared service or global environment.

- Familiarity with financial systems, strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities.

- Proven analytical skills within finance, coupled with effective communication and team collaboration.

- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies.

- Proactive mindset with a history of driving continuous improvements and a penchant for technology and automation.
