Job Description

Support Work function India Business (Pimpri Plant) with customer service end to end.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for Daily Sales Orders and dispatch co-ordination.
  • Effective planning to reduce expenses
  • Responsible for purchase order creation and follow up with different overseas DSL Locations.
  • Responsible for order processing, on time delivery and other customer support activities.
  • Good understanding with cross functional team to support customer requirement.
  • Experience in material management also will be considered
