Bal Raksha Bharat is a leading non-profit dedicated to enhancing child protection and welfare.

We are looking for passionate Field Sales Executives to join our team and help us make a difference by engaging directly with potential donors through face-to-face interactions.


Job Summary:

As a Field Sales Executive at Bal Raksha Bharat, you will be a key player in our fundraising efforts by meeting people face-to-face in various locations.

Your role involves building personal connections with potential donors, conveying our mission, and securing contributions to further our cause.

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential donors through face-to-face interactions in public spaces, corporate settings, and other relevant locations. Effectively communicate Bal Raksha Bharats mission, programs, and impact to inspire donations. Build and maintain relationships with supporters, addressing their questions and concerns. Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising targets. Collaborate with the fundraising team to optimize strategies and approaches. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve fundraising techniques.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships. Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or customer service is a plus. High level of motivation and resilience in a face-to-face sales environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in various outdoor and indoor locations. Passion for child welfare and protection.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in field sales, fundraising, or related areas. Familiarity with fundraising strategies and donor engagement.
