Manager / Senior Manager - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 8+ years

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join our team. If you have extensive experience in Oracle FCCS/EPBCS/PBCS, Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP GR, and a strong background in consulting from Big 4 and top IT/consulting firms, this is an excellent opportunity to lead impactful projects and drive innovation in EPM processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end Finance transformation projects, including planning, design, implementation, and deployment phases.

2. Drive digital finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

3. Utilize AI/ML and data science to optimize FP&A processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

4. Oversee data and master data governance to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.

5. Act as a client-facing leader, managing relationships, and providing strategic guidance on EPM solutions.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on Oracle FCCS/EPBCS/PBCS, Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP GR.

2. Extensive consulting experience from Big 4 and top IT/consulting firms.

3. Strong functional expertise in digital finance, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

4. Proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful EPM implementations.

5. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
