Job Responsibilities:
- Lead operation & customer service through the customer life cycle in Online Broking Business.
- Define, implement & manage operational processes as per regulatory framework to ensure exchange compliance.
- Vendor management.
- Handle Audits of SEBI, Exchanges, etc.
Desired Profile:
- Exp. in broking Operations, with knowledge of Back Office software like LD & CDSL.
- Well verse with DKYC process, other broking norms, Account opening, Payin Payout stock & funds, DP account, customer modification, RMS etc.
- Coordinate with IT & Sales team for development of process automations.
