Are you an expert in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and automation solutions? We are looking for a FileNet Lead Support Specialist to join our team and support our client in managing and enhancing IBM FileNet-based applications.


Role Overview

As a Lead Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for IBM FileNet applications.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism.
  • Participate in enhancement projects, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and AMS best practices.
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, customization, and support).
  • Expertise in IBM Datacap for document capture and processing.
  • Experience in Blue Prism for RPA development and support.


Other Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to work in client-facing roles and global delivery environments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and AMS support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
