FileNet Lead Support Specialist
to join our team and support our client in managing and enhancing IBM FileNet-based applications.

Role Overview

As a
Lead Support Specialist
, you will:

  • Provide
    end-to-end support and maintenance
    for IBM FileNet applications.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to
    translate business requirements into technical solutions
    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
    FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism
    .
  • Participate in
    enhancement projects, upgrades, and performance tuning
    .
  • Ensure compliance with
    ITIL processes and AMS best practices
    .
  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    IBM FileNet
    (installation, configuration, customization, and support).
  • Expertise in
    IBM Datacap
    for document capture and processing.
  • Experience in
    Blue Prism
    for RPA development and support.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    .
  • Proficient in
    English
    .
  • Ability to work in
    client-facing roles
    and global delivery environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, IT, or related field
    .
  • 5–8 years
    of experience in
    Enterprise Content Management
    and AMS support.
  • Strong
    problem-solving and analytical skills
    .
