In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales, building long-term relationships with enterprise clients, and identifying new business opportunities across various sectors.Roles & Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and convert prospective enterprise clients through consultative selling.Understand client needs and propose customized solutions based on Aliste’s offerings.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition.Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align on customer requirements and sales strategies.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain an updated CRM with all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.Prepare and present sales reports to management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor analysis.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Perks & Benefits:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.Career advancement opportunities.Supportive and collaborative team culture.
