About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with exceptional communication with Australian Accent and sales skills to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position for now, handling inbound calls only. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an international call center environment and should be ready to join immediately.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls from potential Australian customers, understand the technical issues and transfer to the right department.
  • Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to understand their needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an International call center (Australian Call Center Preferred).
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills in English with an Australian accent.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining call records.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability to join.
