About the RoleWe're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. You'll help clients get the most out of Flowcall by troubleshooting product issues, configuring AI agents, and ensuring their customer service operations run smoothly.What You'll DoRespond to client queries about product usage, features, and best practicesTroubleshoot issues clients face with AI agent performance and platform functionalityConfigure and fine-tune AI agents when they're not responding correctly or when clients escalateGuide clients through setup, onboarding, and ongoing platform optimizationDocument common issues and contribute to help articles and internal knowledge basesCollaborate with the product and engineering teams to flag bugs and suggest improvementsWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a SaaS environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and HindiAbility to understand technical products and explain them simply to clientsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailComfortable working across multiple tools and communication channelsExperience with D2C brands customer service is a plusFamiliarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms preferredCompensationUp to ₹25,000 per monthWhy Join Flowcall?Be part of a fast-growing AI startup founded by IIT Bombay alumniWork at the intersection of AI and customer experienceOpportunity to grow as the company scalesCollaborative, no-hierarchy culture
