About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales (Closing) to join our team.

This client-facing role involves managing walk-in clients, converting qualified leads into successful sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience at our project site in South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and consult walk-in clients, presenting project details including features, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to drive sales conversions.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and CRM teams for smooth documentation and payment processes.
  • Track and manage leads through Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate and updated records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation through campaigns and referrals.
  • Share sales insights, MIS reports, and market updates with senior management.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong track record in closures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
  • In-depth understanding of RERA regulations, real estate documentation, and payment processes.
  • Ability to handle diverse clientele including HNI, NRI, and first-time home buyers.
