We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders - Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.

● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.


Head - Partnerships

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the supply ecosystem to support business growth. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing key supply partners, driving commercial excellence, ensuring operational performance, and maximizing partner satisfaction and revenue outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the supply acquisition strategy aligned to business expansion plans.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-value Channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, SLAs, and long-term agreements.
  • Act as escalation point for key partner issues and ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Monitor supply performance metrics: availability, quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure supply meets demand requirements through forecasting and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Drive revenue growth through category expansion and commercial improvement.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to enable seamless supply integration.
  • Build and manage a high-performing channel partnerships team.
  • Provide mentorship, goal-setting, and performance management.


Qualifications & Experience


  • 6–15 years of experience in partnerships / supply acquisition / procurement / business development
  • Experience in Real Estate/Construction, marketplace, retail, e-commerce, real estate, mobility, travel, or B2B ecosystems preferred
  • Demonstrated success in scaling supply operations and managing large partner networks
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
