Your focus will be on supporting various SAP modules and ensuring system integrity and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP solutions based on functional requirementsCollaborate with SAP functional consultants to define technical requirementsCreate reports, forms (SAPScript/SmartForms/Adobe Forms), module pool programs, and enhancements (User Exits/BADIs)Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP modulesFollow best practices in ABAP development and SAP programming guidelinesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP developmentHands-on experience with ALE/IDOC, BAPI, BADI, and performance tuningStrong understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or HCMSAP ABAP certification is preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, etc.)Design and implement end-to-end SAP HCM solutionsSupport payroll processing, time management, personnel administration, and organizational managementHandle SAP HR system maintenance, upgrades, and customizationsProvide training and support to end usersLiaise with ABAP developers for custom reports or enhancementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field3+ years of SAP HCM implementation/support experienceStrong knowledge of core SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PY, TMExperience in handling integrations with third-party HR systemsSAP HCM certification is strongly preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
