We are looking for a Senior Tally ERP Customization, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics Specialist with 8+ years of experience to join our team. This role is key to ensuring that our Tally ERP system aligns with the company's evolving business requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize, configure, and implement Tally ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of procurement, inventory, and logistics management.
• Design and develop Tally ERP add-ons, modules, and integrations to enhance business workflows.
• Oversee the Tally ERP system's implementation, including customizations and troubleshooting across various functions such as procurement, stock management, and logistics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify opportunities to optimize inventory control, procurement management, and logistics through Tally ERP solutions.
• Manage data migration, system upgrades, and integrations between Tally ERP and other business systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Tally ERP customization specifications.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline procurement, inventory, and logistics workflows in Tally ERP.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Tally ERP setups, ensuring smooth functioning of all modules (procurement, inventory, logistics).
• Provide training and technical support to end-users on Tally ERP functionalities related to procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data flow across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while configuring Tally ERP systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with new Tally ERP features and advancements and apply them to improve business operations.
• Generate detailed reports and analytics based on ERP data, offering insights into procurement trends, inventory management, and logistics performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tally ERP customization, with expertise in procurement, inventory, and logistics modules.
• Strong experience in customizing Tally ERP, creating custom reports, and integrating third-party tools with Tally.
• Proficient in Tally ERP functionalities such as inventory management, procurement, stock tracking, logistics, and accounting.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience in data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting in Tally ERP environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with Tally API, SDK, and integration with other systems like CRM, HRMS, and finance tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to write and modify SQL queries for custom reports.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Tally ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with Tally's tax, GST, and compliance modules.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, end-users, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to train users and offer ongoing technical support.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues and bugs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced reporting tools or business intelligence software integrated with Tally.
• Certification or training in Tally ERP or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain optimization.
• Knowledge of API integrations with eCommerce platforms or third-party applications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
