Inside Sales cum CRM Executive

Full-time | Office-based | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)About the Role
We are hiring an energetic and organized Inside Sales cum CRM Executive to manage our existing customer base. Your role will focus on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely order booking, collections, and end-to-end customer coordination after order confirmation.
Responsibilities
Sales & Order Management:
Take regular orders from major existing customers based on their purchase habits or past communication.
Collection Follow-ups:
Ensure timely payment collection and share updated ledgers as required.
CRM & Client Servicing:
Coordinate post-order communication including production status, dispatch updates, and documentation.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Serve as a communication bridge between the customer, warehouse, and factory for seamless deliveries and issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate- Background in sales or account management
- Confident and clear communicator – someone who loves talking to clients
- Comfortable using ERP/CRM tools
- Good at follow-ups, tracking, and documentation
- Organized, responsive, and proactive
- No. of client orders booked weekly
- % timely collection achieved
- Client satisfaction & CRM response speed
- Coordination efficiency (delivery timelines met)
