About the Role:
EmbarkingOnVoyage (EOV) is seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales of Product Engineering Services to Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Digital Agencies, and Enterprise Clients across North America.
This is a Work From Office (WFO) role based in Pune, with a focus on market research, lead generation, and outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls. The candidate should have a solid grasp of dedicated offshore product development models and campaign-driven engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market and account research to identify prospects across various industries
Design and run targeted outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Calling) to engage CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Managers, and CXOs
Generate a consistent pipeline and book 15–20 qualified meetings per month.
Communicate the value proposition of EOV's dedicated product development teams, technology modernization, and UI/UX engineering services.
Coordinate with presales and delivery teams for smooth transition from lead to proposal.
Track activities in CRM and report on outreach metrics, meeting outcomes, and funnel status.
Required Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development in an IT services or software product engineering company.
Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and booking qualified meetings in North America.
Hands-on with CRM tools, cold emailing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Deep understanding of offshore delivery models, product engineering cycles, and tech consulting.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, O365, Blazor) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
